Open it from any Google search for "GBC General Barricade Company" while signed in, or at business.google.com. These are the highest-return tweaks, in order.
Google has no "traffic control" category — typing "traffic" only offers "Traffic officer" (a person, not a company), so don't use it. Keep Road construction company as the primary (it's the closest real category), then Add another category for the secondaries below. The "traffic control" wording is carried by your Services + description + website, not the category. You must pick each one from Google's dropdown as you type — free-typed text is rejected.
The listing shows Closed — add real business hours so it doesn't look shut down. Mark it open the hours you answer the phone.
Tap Photos and upload the crew, truck, cone, and job-site shots from the website. Profiles with photos get noticeably more calls and directions requests.
Under the Services tab add the five services (copy block below) and paste the business description. Complete profiles rank higher — Google is already prompting "Complete your profile."
Tap Read reviews → Get more reviews to copy your review link, then paste it in the Reviews tab here. That turns on the "Leave us a review on Google" button on the website.
